Being findable by the automated librarians inside search engines like Google is intricate, capricious, and mercurial.
Drum lessons in Tuggeranong in Canberra…on a website…simple stuff.
In the context, the maelstrom, the buzz roll of trillions of websites…in that environment Google gets picky!
It therefore, to me, seems that a drum teacher musician needs a website that screams just that at the perfect pitch for the dog whistling ears of Google.
A drum teacher offering lessons to students to learn drum and percussion musicianship and drum kit /percussion techniques has to say THAT… and predominantly only that repeatedly on their website. Over and over!
And update that drum lessons website often saying just THAT in ever more creative ways.
It's very Musical (as an apology)…Music has a small set of raw materials.
12 notes, a few time signatures, 24 key signatures (modes not included)…and a note value tree based on 2 and or 3.
As Adam Neely the bass player says (Adam is superb music blogger), ‘artful’ repetition is good, repetition done artfully is the essence…I paraphrase Adam somewhat!
So…
My website makes me proud…I update it regularly…it says who I am and what I do…but my website does not speak fluently to Google yet.
It costs huge sums of money to get someone fluent in ‘Google’ to bring a website out of the digital darkness.
If, dear reader, you possess the knowledge, and have an SEO candle to share with me and others…please do so!
In the meantime…explore my website, like subscribe share my YouTube, Facebook content…and get a lesson too!
